The Story Portrait
Everything in Tier 1, plus personal elements such as a handwritten note, favorite saying or nickname, a meaningful date, or a copy of a photograph incorporated into the collage.

The Legacy Portrait
Everything in Tier 2, with the option to incorporate a small amount of fur or cremation ashes into a carefully planned area of the artwork, plus a signed certificate documenting the personal elements included.
Personalization: Your dog's likeness, memories, and an optional physical keepsake incorporated into the artwork. This could be a print of the paw, a photocopy of a photograph, or other two-dimensional artifact.

A Few Things to Know Before We Begin
Every commissioned painting is a collaboration between your story and my artistic interpretation. Here's what you can expect when we work together.
Getting Started
We'll begin with a personal consultation to discuss your vision, preferred size, colors, and meaningful details. A 50% deposit reserves your commission, with the remaining balance due before shipping.
The Creative Process
Each painting is an original work of art, created in my expressive style. I'll consider your preferences while maintaining the creative freedom that makes each piece unique. Most larger commissions take approximately 1–2 months to complete.
Changes & Cancellations
We'll discuss important details before painting begins. Reasonable adjustments may be considered during the agreed-upon creative stages. Once work begins, your deposit becomes nonrefundable, subject to applicable law.
Shipping & Returns
Your finished artwork will be carefully packaged for delivery. Shipping arrangements and costs will be discussed in advance. Because commissioned paintings are created especially for you, returns are generally not accepted for changes in personal preference.
Artwork Ownership
Your original painting belongs to you once the sale is complete. Copyright and reproduction rights remain with Rachel Holland Art, LLC unless otherwise agreed in writing.
