Calling All Pet & Dog Lovers Do you have a pet? According to the American Pet Products Association, 70% of American households own a pet. Are you in that percentage? With heART, Rachel 🐶 A Note from Rachel I took a class to learn a new artistic medium called encaustic. It is melted wax that is mixed with pigments to create art. Often called "hot wax painting," it is a process of painting from liquid to solid, rather than wet to dry. It is very labor intensive, so the learning will take place over the next 3-6 months. I will be sharing a few examples of my work from the classes I took after Dog Mom's Day is past. One thing at a time, right?
