Where We Belong

Happy New Year!

I can hardly believe it's 2026! Well, we all know what they say about time. And the longer I live, the more I believe it. Do you have people (and pets) in your life that bring you joy and fulfillment? Are you cherishing their love and honoring it in special ways?

That's what I like to do for pet lovers - provide ways for you to truly relish your bond with your dog (or other pet) and commemorate it in artwork, which is quite a gift, if I do say so myself!

My last pet portrait of 2025 was of a 3-legged rescue dog, Lil' Bit - a female dog who had been used for breeding. Her leg had to be amputated because of a bad case of mastitis. Her owners loved her and took her camping with them. I am a friend of their family, so it was quite the honor to do this painting for them.

Who's Your Favorite Pet?

My memory collection template guides you through your first impressions of your pet, personality quirks that make them unique, a timeline of your bond, and a gratitude journal so you can cherish the memories. If you would like your pet in my next series of artworks to be released February 20, 2026 - National Love Your Pet Day, just send me a few photos and share why you love them so much!

This collection of artwork is titled: "Where We Belong" to honor the special way our pets make us feel "at home" and loved. I will be sharing the artwork with the persons who shared their photos first, before I post them on Social Media for the public to see. There is no obligation to purchase, but these will be offered at special rates for my first collection of 2026. You have one more week to submit photos!

1 - Just click the button below ("Paw Prints On My Heart") to begin the journey toward healing through memories and artwork. You are very dear to me and I pray this will benefit you in ways beyond your imagination!

2 - After you fill out the last template (#8), download the results and send to me at: rachel@rachelhollandart.com (or reply to this email). I look forward to hearing about your special bond with your pet and seeing photos, too. The photos can have you and your pet together.

I am thankful I can provide this service to dog lovers (and all pet parents) by creating artwork that provides healing and comfort.

🐶 A Note from Rachel

I didn't get my YouTube video uploaded by January 3rd (today)- on the topic: "New Year's Resolutions for Dog Moms", but keep an eye out for it this week! You're "enough" as a dog mom, and I want to affirm and celebrate your love for your dog. I will send out a link for it when it's posted - hopefully by next Saturday!

➡️ Let's make 2026 the year to celebrate your bond with your dog(s) through art.

Again, if you have any photos of you and your pet (not just dogs), I would love to see how I could incorporate them into my next artwork collection of "Where We Belong" to honor the connection and sense of home they bring to us.

Artfully yours,

Rachel
