Resending: "Belong" is My Word of the Year

Dog Mom Resolutions

Dog moms don't need MORE to do, but you definitely need MORE to cherish! Your dog is so important to you and the love you share grows deeper every day. Being present means not taking the memories for granted. I invite you to try out my Memory Collector Template (below) to start recording your memories in a way that feels aligned with you as a dog mom.

My life was transformed by my rescue dog, Lollipop 🍭. She is my muse and inspiration for my art. If you're interested in learning how to make artwork of your own dog, please let me know. That's where the Dog Mom Art Club can be a beneficial way for you to explore art and make fun artwork of your dog.

But if you're not sure you want to tackle a new skill, you can still get artwork of your dog that makes your heart sing! Cherish them while they're with you in ways that will continue to provide you enjoyment even after they cross the rainbow bridge. My newest YouTube video helps you

Newest Artwork

My next series of artworks is to be released February 20, 2026 - National Love Your Pet Day. I had a great response when I asked for photos of your pets! There are 6 "lucky dogs" who are taking up residence in my studio for the next few weeks. So many wonderful dog moms out there who love their babies so much!

This collection of artwork is titled: "Where We Belong" to honor the special way our pets make us feel "at home" and loved. They belong with us as much as we belong to them! Can I have an "Amen!"?

Below are a couple of the dogs in the first stages of the process. I can't wait to share more as they unfold!

What Makes Your Dog Special?

I love to hear about your dog (or pet) and how special they are to you! My Memory Collector Template guides you through your first impressions of your pet, personality quirks that make them unique, a timeline of your bond, and a gratitude journal so you can cherish the memories. If you haven't tried it yet, it's quite fun! Whether or not you share it back with me isn't necessary, but once you complete it, you can send yourself a copy to keep. If you do decide to send it to me, it will allow me to get to know you better and I'll make sure to keep you in mind this year for any special promotions. Since you are on my list, you are already privileged and given special treatment!

1 - Just click the button below to begin the journey toward healing through memories and artwork. You are very dear to me and I pray this will benefit you in ways beyond your imagination!

2 - After you fill out the last template (#8), look to the bottom for how you can send them to your email and send a copy to me at: rachel@rachelhollandart.com. I look forward to hearing about your special bond with your pet and seeing photos, too. The photos can have you and your pet together. This will allow me to get to know you and your pet better. I am thankful I can provide this service to dog lovers (and all pet parents) by creating artwork that provides healing and comfort.

🐶 A Note from Rachel

I have had some health concerns that have hindered me from sharing my art progress as I would have liked, but I am embracing my word of the year- "Belong"- to mean that sometimes we just need to be at peace with our station and allow ourselves room to just belong to the moment. Healing and peace have followed, so I take it as a good mindset shift for me. Here's wishing you the same!

➡️ Let's make 2026 the year to celebrate your bond with your dog(s) through art.

Artfully yours,

Rachel
