Pet Grief Is Real

Pet Grief Is Really Difficult!

I see so many pet owners post about their grief over the loss of their dog (any pet, really). You may carry that grief, too. Amidst all the festivities surrounding the holidays, some of us are grieving. And grief can be really tough! We all process grief differently, but we must celebrate the love, too. One of the ways I help pet owners do that is with artwork of their pets that brings emotional healing.

I have created a guide with journaling prompts around memories of your pet, as well as considering with what type of artwork you would like to commemorate your friend's life. You have the photos, but the memories need to be relayed in a way that helps you prepare for the artwork that best brings out their personality. *Check this link out to see how it may help you with your grief and planning a painting to celebrate your bond with them.

Go to the site to start your journey towards healing through artwork of your pet. Then download the results and send to me at: rachel@rachelhollandart.com (or reply to this email). I look forward to hearing about your special bond with your pet and seeing photos, too.

I am thankful I can provide this service to dog lovers (and all pet parents) by creating artwork that provides healing and comfort. I have recently done 2 paintings of rabbits (my first) and plan on doing more in this style in the new year. I will share pictures of them after I deliver them tomorrow.
